Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of nursing experience in an acute hospital setting.
• RN license required; BLS; TNCC preferred.
• Fluent in English (read, verbal, written).

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates critical thinking and assesses patient level of care.
• Documents patient health data systematically and timely.
• Develops evidence-based care plans and implements interventions.
• Administers medications and treatments per orders with safety.
• Ensures safe handoff communication and documentation.
• Educates patients and families on conditions and care plans.
