Job summary

AdventHealth StaffFlex is hiring for bedside nursing roles across multiple Florida facilities. The position supports flexible contract assignments, potential to convert to permanent staff, and guaranteed hours in a hospital setting.

Shifts include Day, Night, and Weekends with locations in Apopka, Kissimmee, and Winter Garden. RN licensure and BLS are required; 2+ years of acute care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• RN license required and eligible to practice in Florida.
• 2+ years of nursing experience in an acute hospital setting.
• Fluent in English (read, spoken, written).
• Proficient computer skills and basic Windows navigation.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates critical thinking to assess patient care needs and plan.
• Collects and documents patient data timely for care planning.
• Develops evidence-based plans of care with interdisciplinary teams.
• Administers medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Ensures safe handoffs and effective communication with care teams.
