Job summary

American Traveler is seeking a Travel RN for the Emergency Department in Stockbridge, GA. The role requires 2+ years ER experience and GA or Compact RN license, with ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, and PALS certifications. You’ll work nights, 3x12-hour shifts, and may float within the facility as needed.

Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Emergency Department position requiring 2 years of ER experience and a GA or Compact RN license.

Details

• Emergency Department setting
• Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 PM-7:00 AM)
• Every other weekend required
• No on-call requirements
• Floating required within facility and scope of practice as needed

Additional Information

• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Local candidates accepted at the same bill rate
• Maximum RTO of 7 days per contract, which must be finalized prior to start
• Holiday coverage required based on number of major holidays falling within the assignment: work all if 1-2 holidays occur, or 2 of 3 if three holidays occur
• Major holidays include Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving/Black Friday, Christmas Eve/Day, and New Year's Eve/Day
• Former Piedmont perm, per diem, or FCSS staff must wait one full year before applying as a traveler
• Returning travelers who were previously unable to return to a facility must complete one assignment elsewhere before rebooking
