American Traveler Staffing Professionals is seeking a Travel RN for an Emergency Department assignment in Missouri. MO or compact RN license required, with BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, and SAMA; TNCC/ENPC preferred. 13-week assignment, 36 hours per week, 3x12s, ASAP start. Competitive weekly pay of up to $1,894 and lodging/meals stipends are included.

ED experience and no >90 day gaps are required; facility postings may vary.

Qualifications

• Active MO or compact RN license required.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, and SAMA certifications required.
• TNCC and ENPC certifications preferred.
• 1+ years of Emergency Department experience required.
• No certifications may expire within the first 30 days of the assignment.
• No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess patient conditions and assign Emergency Severity Index scores.
• Provide immediate life-saving interventions and stabilize critical patients.
• Administer medications and coordinate with other healthcare professionals for timely, appropriate care.
• Delegate patient care priorities based on staff education and experience.
• Provide direction and supervision to assigned personnel delivering patient care.

Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Emergency Department position requiring a MO or compact RN license and multiple advanced certifications.

Details

• Work in a 24-bed Emergency Department
• Patient ratio of 1:4, with 1:1-2 for trauma patients
• Mids shift schedule from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM
• 13-week assignment
• Uses Cerner EMR

Requirements

• Active MO or compact RN license required
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, and SAMA (or equivalent) certifications required
• TNCC and ENPC certifications preferred
• 1+ years of recent Emergency Department experience requiredNo certifications may expire within the first 30 days of the assignment
• No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
