Job summary
American Traveler Staffing Professionals is seeking an experienced RN for an Emergency Department assignment. The role requires ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications for a 13-week night shift with 36 hours per week.
Candidates must hold an active AR or Compact RN license and have at least two years of RN experience, with two professional references. A driver’s license copy is also required for consideration.

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Emergency Department position requiring ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications on a 13-week night shift assignment.
- Acute care hospital setting within the Emergency Room unit
- Uses Cerner charting system
- Night shift schedule, 7p-7a, working every other weekend
- 13-week assignment with 36 guaranteed hours per week
- 12 hours of orientation provided
- Active AR or Compact RN license required, pending licenses not accepted
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
- Current certifications required: ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC
- Active certifications must be in hand; pending certifications not accepted
- Two professional references required: one supervisor from within the last 12 months worked and one peer or supervisor from within the last 3 years worked, including dates of employment and rehire eligibility
- Copy of driver's license required for consideration
- Provide emergency nursing care within a fast-paced acute care ER setting
- Candidates may not have been directly employed (full time, part time, or PRN) by any CommonSpirit, CHI, or Dignity Health facility within the past year
- Hospital may cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment
