American Traveler, LLC. is hiring an experienced Emergency Dept RN for a 13-week assignment in Colorado. The role requires 2+ years of ED experience, an active CO or compact RN license, and current BLS/ACLS/PALS/TNCC/NIHSS/ENPC/CPI certifications.

You will handle both adult and pediatric ED patients and collaborate with a fast-paced team. Shifts are 11:00–23:30, 3x12 hours, with weekend coverage as needed. Local candidates within 75 miles are preferred.

Qualifications

• Active CO or compact RN license required.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NIHSS, ENPC, CPI certifications.
• Minimum 2 years ED experience.
• Experience caring for adults and kids preferred.
• Able to manage multiple patients with varying acuity.

Responsibilities

• Care for adult and pediatric ED patients.
• Day shift, 3x12 hours, 11:00-23:30, various days of the week.
• Weekend shifts required per unit needs.
• Floating within scope to similar units.
• No on-call requirements.
• Charting performed in EPIC.
• Navy blue scrubs required.
• Contribute to team and adapt to change.

• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department experience required
• Experience caring for both adult and pediatric patients preferred
• Comfortable managing multiple patient assignments with varying acuity
• Ability to adapt to changing patient volumes and department needs

Responsibilities

• Emergency Department setting caring for both adult and pediatric patients
• Day shift, 3x12 hours, 11:00-23:30, various days of the week
• Weekend shifts required per unit needs
• Floating within scope to similar units required to meet facility needs
• No on-call requirements
• Charting performed in EPIC
• Navy blue scrubs required
• Quickly integrates into a team and manages change well
• Maintains a positive attitude during high-census periods
• Willing to contribute wherever needed to support patient care and department flow
• Maximum 10 RTO days approved, with no RTO allowed October 25-November 4, 2026, November 22-December 2, 2026, or December 20-January 3, 2027
• First-time travelers will not be considered for this position
• Local candidates residing within 75 miles of the facility are accepted
