American Traveler, LLC. is seeking an experienced RN for an Emergency Department night shift in South Carolina. Requires 2+ years of ER experience and an active SC or compact RN license, with BLS, ACLS, CPI, NIHSS, and PALS certifications (TNCC preferred).

The role is a 3x12-hour night schedule (19:00-07:00) in a Level I Trauma Center with high patient acuity. Travel-friendly benefits include housing allowance and weekly payroll.

Formación

• Active SC or compact RN license required.
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, CPI, NIHSS, PALS; TNCC preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of ER experience required.
• IV start skills required.
• Experience with pediatric, psychiatric, respiratory, neurological, and trauma patient populations.
• Meditech charting experience preferred but not required.
• Travel experience preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Level I Trauma Center, Magnet-designated, and major teaching hospital setting.
• Night shift schedule, 3x12-hour shifts from 19:00-7:00.
• Combined adult/pediatric Emergency Department.
• High patient-to-caregiver ratios with frequent floating within the hospital.
• Uses Meditech EMR system.
• Holiday and weekend coverage required on rotation with staff.
• Care for a wide range of ER cases including trauma, psychiatric emergencies, cardiac events, and pediatric conditions.
• Floating occurs within the single hospital facility in rotation with staff, in accordance with Joint Commission floating standards.
• Scrub color is royal blue/white.
• Free parking available in any unrestricted space.
• Minimal to no RTO approved, especially during the first weeks of the assignment.
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius to qualify for travel rate; local candidates are not accepted.
• Previous employees must have been gone at least 1 year and in good standing at time of departure to be eligible for rehire.
• First-time travelers may be considered.
