EIHAB Human Services is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to travel between group homes in Ocean County, NJ, delivering clinical care and assessments while overseeing medical services. This part-time position is Tue, Wed, Thu, and Sat with 11:00 AM to 1:30 PM or 12:00 PM to 2:30 PM shifts. An RN license in NJ, CPR, and a valid NJ driver’s license are required, with a focus on

Qualifications

• Must hold a New Jersey RN license.
• CPR certification is required.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Valid New Jersey driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and health assessments for all assigned clients.
• Develop, implement, and monitor treatment and care plans.
• Administer and oversee medication management and training for staff/clients.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate medical records, reports, and documentation.
• Participate in care planning and team meetings.
• Provide health education and training as needed.
• Ensure compliance with NJ Department of Human Services and licensing standards.
• Report incidents in accordance with Division Circular #14 and agency policies.
• Supervise and support direct care staff in medical-related services.
