EIHAB Human Services is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to travel between group homes in Ocean County, NJ, delivering clinical care and assessments while overseeing medical services. The role requires collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal client outcomes.

This part-time position is Tue, Wed, Thu, and Sat with 11:00 AM to 1:30 PM or 12:00 PM to 2:30 PM shifts. An RN license in NJ, CPR, and a valid NJ driver’s license are required, with a focus on

Qualifications

• Must hold a New Jersey RN license.
• CPR certification is required.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Valid New Jersey driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsabilités

• Provide nursing care and health assessments for all assigned clients.
• Develop, implement, and monitor treatment and care plans.
• Administer and oversee medication management and training for staff/clients.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate medical records, reports, and documentation.
• Participate in care planning and team meetings.
• Provide health education and training as needed.
• Ensure compliance with NJ Department of Human Services and licensing standards.
