Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid NJ driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Complete required DDD trainings (Medication Administration, Abuse & Neglect, etc.) within 120 days.
• Maintain HIPAA and Danielle’s Law training.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and health assessments for all assigned clients.
• Develop, implement, and monitor treatment and care plans.
• Administer and oversee medication management and staff/clients training.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate medical records, reports, and documentation.
• Participate in care planning and team meetings.
• Provide health education and training as needed.
• Ensure compliance with NJ DHS licensing standards.
• Report incidents per agency policies.
• Supervise and support direct care staff in medical-related services.
