Job summary

EIHAB Human Services seeks a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality healthcare in Burlington County group homes. The RN will conduct health assessments, oversee medical services, and collaborate with physicians to ensure optimal client outcomes.

Responsibilities include medication management, care plan development, and staff training. The role offers a part-time schedule across multiple sites while ensuring compliance with NJ regulations. Strong documentation and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid NJ driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Complete required DDD trainings (Medication Administration, Abuse & Neglect, etc.) within 120 days.
• Maintain HIPAA and Danielle’s Law training.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and health assessments for all assigned clients.
• Develop, implement, and monitor treatment and care plans.
• Administer and oversee medication management and staff/clients training.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate medical records, reports, and documentation.
• Participate in care planning and team meetings.
• Provide health education and training as needed.
• Ensure compliance with NJ DHS licensing standards.
• Report incidents per agency policies.
• Supervise and support direct care staff in medical-related services.
