Job summary

ConnectedHealth seeks a travel registered nurse for a 13-week day-shift assignment in long-term care facilities in Dubuque, Iowa. Provide compassionate nursing care to residents and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans.

You will assess residents' health status, administer medications, and document care accurately while supporting facility operations and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• RN license in Iowa or equivalent.
• CPR, ACLS, and BLS certifications.
• Minimum one year of experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities.
• Ability to work day shifts (6 a.m.–6 p.m.).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Reliable transportation or housing arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and skilled nursing care to residents during day shifts (6 a.m.-6 p.m.).
• Assess residents' health status, administer medications, and document care accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Monitor residents for changes in condition, respond to emergencies, and elevate concerns appropriately.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, ensuring compliance with facility policies and regulations.
