Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate nursing care to residents during day shifts.
- Assess health status, administer medications, and document care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans.
- Monitor residents for changes, respond to emergencies, and elevate concerns.
- Maintain a clean, safe environment in compliance with facility policies.
