American Traveler is hiring a Cath Lab RN with recent circulating and documenting experience for a day-shift position requiring an OH or compact RN license and call responsibilities.
- Cath Lab unit within a hospital setting
- Day shift, 4x10-hour shifts, 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM
- On-call requirements every other or every third weekend depending on staffing needs
- When not on weekend call, approximately 2 on-call days per week; when on weekend call, 1 additional on-call day that week
- Uses Epic EMR
- Active RN license (Ohio or Compact) in hand
- Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum of 18 months recent Cath Lab experience required
- Experience in circulating and documenting required
- Must have Epic EMR experience
- One professional reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty required (co-worker references not accepted)
- Perform circulating and documentation duties within the Cath Lab
- ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments completed during orientation, with a passing score required (maximum 2 attempts)
- Required to work at least every other holiday
- COVID-19 and flu vaccines required, with medical or religious exemptions only
- Local candidates accepted at the same bill rate
- Permanent or per diem candidates cannot return to this health system for 1 year from their previous end date
- Travel experience is not required, so first-time travelers may be considered
