Job summary

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Electrophysiology Lab assignment in Iowa, requiring EP/Cath Lab experience and an active IA or compact RN license.

The role features 4x10 hour days, no weekends or on-call, and travel across campuses with a 13-week assignment, housing allowance, and licensure reimbursements.

Qualifications

• Active IA or compact/multistate RN license required
• Current BLS and ACLS certification (AHA or ARC)
• Minimum 24 months EP, CCL, or IR experience
• Professional reference from supervisor within past 24 months preferred
• Valid driver's license required for consideration
• EPIC EMR experience preferred, CUPID experience a plus
• Cardiac Cath Lab experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the Electrophysiology Lab for cardiac procedures
• Work in Cardiac Cath Lab/EP unit at a hospital setting
• Days shift, 4x10 hour schedule with 6a or 7a start, 40 hrs/week
• No weekend or on-call requirements; float coverage across campuses
• 13-week assignment; travel to Iowa Lutheran when needed

Requirements

• Active IA or compact/multistate RN license required

• Minimum 24 months of current Electrophysiology (EP), Cardiac Cath Lab (CCL), or Interventional Radiology (IR) experience required
• Discipline-specific skills checklist required
• Professional reference from supervisor/manager/director within the past 24 months preferred
• Valid driver's license required for consideration
• EPIC EMR experience preferred, CUPID experience a plus
• Cardiac Cath Lab experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Cardiac Cath Lab/EP unit at a hospital setting
• Days shift, 4x10 hour schedule with 6a or 7a start time, 40 hrs/week
• No weekend or on-call requirements
• Float coverage required across campuses, including Iowa Lutheran, when needed
• 13-week assignment
• Provide direct patient care in the Electrophysiology Lab, supporting cardiac procedures
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility based on driver's license address
• Required to work 1-2 of 3 upcoming winter holidays unless the unit is closed
• Limited time off requests permitted during peak holiday periods
• Past UPH FTE or PRN float pool employees are restricted from working travel assignments at other UPH market facilities within 12 months of separation
• Travel experience is a plus but not required
