Job summary
American Traveler Staffing Professionals is hiring an experienced RN Case Manager for an inpatient float position in Richmond, VA. This role requires Level I trauma experience, Epic proficiency, and a 4x10 hour day shift (8:00–18:00) with weekend coverage negotiable.
Active VA or compact RN license is required, plus at least 1 year of acute inpatient case management and Epic charting experience. BLS certification is required; BSN preferred and two supervisor-level references.

- Minimum 1 year of acute inpatient case management experience.
- Previous charge experience required.
- Epic charting experience required.
- BLS certification required.
- BSN preferred.
- Graduate of an ACEN or CCNE accredited nursing program (diploma, Associate's, or BSN accepted).
- 2 professional references required (supervisor level or above).

- Modules assigned during orientation via the facility's Learning Exchange, completed by the Friday of orientation week
- Time off requests must be submitted upfront and are subject to unit manager approval; no time off granted during the first week of assignment
