Job summary
American Traveler Staffing Professionals is hiring an experienced RN Case Manager in Atlanta, GA. The role requires a GA or Compact RN license and a minimum of 3 years in case management. No weekend or on-call requirements; duties include discharge planning and coordinating services to ensure appropriate care.

Responsibilities
- Assess, evaluate, and drive patient discharge planning.
- Coordinate services to ensure patients receive appropriate level of care.
- Initiate, evaluate, and re-evaluate treatment plans daily.
- Monitor length of stay and identify barriers to discharge.
- Follow Medicare regulatory guidelines including patient choice, IMM notices, and MOON notices.
- Knowledge of CMS, DRG, HEDIS, HIPAA, ICD-10, NCQA, and Joint Commission standards applied in daily work.

- Maximum RTO of 7 days per contract, with no RTO permitted during September or during orientation week
- Holiday coverage required based on number of major holidays falling within assignment period
- Local candidates accepted at the same bill rate
- Previous Piedmont employees must be away from all Piedmont facilities for one full year before returning as a traveler
- First-time travelers will not be considered for this position
