  • 27-bed ED operating as a busy community ER and stroke center — staff describes seeing a wide variety of cases
  • Standard patient ratio of 4:1, with occasional stretch to 5:1 during peak census
  • Night shift: 7p-7a
  • 40 hours per week
  • 5-6 weekend shifts required per contract, scheduled on a variable (non-set) basis
  • Holiday coverage required: 1 major holiday and 1 minor holiday
  • No on-call required; optional shift pickup available
  • Epic ASAP module experience required
