Job summary

Solutions By Sanford is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for travel assignments at facilities in Rapid City, SD. The role involves applying the nursing process to provide individualized care, collaborating with a wide health care team, and coordinating care from assessment to follow‑up in diverse clinical settings.

Qualified candidates hold an accredited nursing degree, an active RN license (state or multi‑state under NLC), and have at least one year of RN experience with travel exposure.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Current unencumbered RN license with the State Board or multistate license if in an NLC state.
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process across the full spectrum of patient care.
• Collaborate with physicians and inter‑professional colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Plan, coordinate patient care, assess needs, educate patients, triage, and perform nursing interventions.
