Job summary

Solutions By Sanford is seeking Registered Nurses for travel assignments at facilities across the United States, including underserved communities. You will deliver patient care using the nursing process, collaborate with the medical team, and support the continuum of care across settings.

Contracts are 14 weeks with the option to extend or relocate to another Sanford site. An active RN license and willingness to travel are required, with weekly pay and Sanford benefits for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• At least one year of nursing experience required.
• At least six months of travel nursing experience.
• Resident must live 60 miles or more from the assigned location.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care using the nursing process for assigned patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional team to plan and evaluate care.
• Coordinate patient education, triage, and discharge planning as needed.
