Solutions By Sanford seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for travel assignments across underserved communities. The RN will provide comprehensive nursing care, coordinate with physicians and the care team, and support health maintenance and follow-up across populations.

The role requires graduation from an accredited nursing program, an active RN license, and a preference for a BSN. Travel experience and willingness to work at diverse Sanford sites are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• RN license in state; multistate license if NLC state.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional teams.
• Plan, implement and evaluate patient care across the nursing process.
• Coordinate care, triage and patient education.
