Solutions By Sanford is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for travel assignments at the Black Hills Surg Hosp in Rapid City, SD. The RN will deliver patient care across the continuum, collaborate with doctors, and coordinate education and discharge planning.

Requirements include an accredited nursing degree, an unencumbered RN license, and travel experience. Contracts run for 14 weeks with potential extensions and benefits eligibility.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; AACN/ACEN/NLN CNEA preferred.
• Unencumbered RN license in the practice state; multistate licensure acceptable for NLC.
• One year of nursing experience; six months of travel experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional teams to plan and evaluate care.
• Coordinate patient care, assessments, patient education, and triage.
• Maintain competency and adhere to state nursing practice standards.
