Job summary

Solutions By Sanford is seeking Registered Nurses for travel assignments nationwide, including underserved communities. The RN will employ the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate patient care while collaborating with physicians and a multidisciplinary team in varied clinical settings.

Required is graduation from an accredited nursing program with an unencumbered RN license (state or multistate).

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the state of practice or multistate licensure (NLC).
• Maintains required department competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care, patient assessment, education, triage and follow-up.
