Northwell Health in Sharon Township, OH is seeking a registered nurse for a 13-week contract. The RN will assess physiologic and psychosocial health, plan and implement care, administer medications, educate patients and families, and collaborate with the care team to ensure quality outcomes.

Requirements include an Accredited Nursing program graduate, active RN license (NY or CT per posting), and 1–2 years of related nursing experience. BLS is required.

Formación

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Current RN license in NY or CT.
• 1-2 years of nursing experience in the related specialty.
• BLS certification.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patient physiological health status and document findings.
• Assess patient’s psychosocial health and support needs.
• Develop and document care plans and goals for patients.
• Coordinate care activities with physicians and health team members.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor effects.
• Provide patient and family education and discharge planning.
• Collaborate with care team to ensure safe, effective treatments.
• Maintain accurate records of treatment and patient responses.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and changes in patient condition.
