Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging virtual training sessions to store staff across North America and Latin America.
• Adapt training content for market needs, including translation into Spanish and updates on innovations.
• Coordinate and manage the training schedule with customers across the region.
• Own and manage the visual refresh process across North and Latin America, ensuring stores have the latest visuals.
• Coordinate with customers, agencies and internal stakeholders for smooth and timely visual updates.
