VIVA USA Inc. is seeking a junior, highly motivated candidate to support our Travel Retail team in North America and Latin America with virtual training and visual refresh initiatives.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, ownership, and cross‑functional collaboration in a hybrid Miami-based setting. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish, with strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills, and comfortable translating content into Spanish for regional

Qualifications

• Fluent English and Spanish are required; Portuguese is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills with cross-stakeholder interaction.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging virtual training sessions to store staff across North America and Latin America.
• Adapt training content to market needs, translate into Spanish, and update materials.
• Coordinate training schedules and track completion in databases.
• Own and manage the visual refresh process across the region in alignment with brand guidelines.
• Coordinate with customers, agencies and internal teams for timely visual updates.
• Maintain store files and visual asset trackers for reporting.
