The role operates 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM on a 3x12 schedule, with every-other-weekend availability. Travel and local candidates are paid at the same rate; RTO must be submitted with the application and scrubs policy applies.

Qualifications

• ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required.

• Two professional references from a supervisor within the last year.

• Active RRT credential required
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required
• Active FL state license required (license required if applicable)
• NRP certification preferred
• L&D/NICU experience preferred, especially for night shift
• Active license required for consideration, pending licenses not accepted
• 2 professional references from a supervisor, manager, charge nurse, or director within the last year
• Flu vaccine required during flu season (10/31-3/31), medical or religious exemptions only

Responsibilities

• Night shift schedule, 3x12 hours (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
• Variable scheduling with every other weekend required
• Float required between multiple hospital locations as needed
• Holiday coverage required
• No on-call requirements
• Uses EPIC EMR system
• First-time travelers will be considered
• Contracted hours are guaranteed
• Accepts local candidates at the same pay rate as travelers
• No mile radius restrictions for local candidates
• Finalized RTO must be submitted with the application and will not be accepted after an offer is made
• Previous employees or contracted travelers must wait one year after leaving an internal position before reapplying
• Scrubs may be any color but tops and bottoms must match, with no logos or prints
