Job summary

Refrigeration Systems Construction and Service in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Superintendent/Foreman to lead traveling refrigeration construction and pipe crews. This role requires strong leadership in mechanical contracting, refrigeration construction knowledge, and the ability to work hands-on in the field.

Ideal candidates will manage field projects from start to finish, coordinating safety, quality, and schedule while communicating with project leadership and customers.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of leadership experience in the Mechanical Contracting Industry.
• Refrigeration construction and ammonia systems experience preferred.
• Pipe welding experience with carbon steel and stainless steel.
• Experience with pipe sizes from small bore to large bore.
• 6G welding position experience.
• Stick and TIG welding process experience.
• Strong pipe fitting and layout skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a traveling refrigeration construction and pipe crew.
• Manage project momentum from start to finish to meet deadlines.
• Coordinate daily jobsite operations, manpower, materials, tools, and priorities.
• Read and interpret plans, drawings, specifications, and project documents.
• Support pipe fitting, pipe welding, layout, rigging, and refrigeration system installation.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and productive job site.
