CoolSys seeks a Foreman-Refrigeration to serve as Technical Lead and Crew Chief on projects in the HVAC and refrigeration sectors. This role leads the technical team, manages job status, costs, and safety, coordinating with customers, GCs and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or trade program completion.
• 5+ years in commercial building construction or related industry.
• Knowledge of construction principles and efficient labor hour use.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical resource on assigned projects.
• Report on job status and performance.
• Control job costs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with peers, customers, GCs and subcontractors.
• Ensure PPE usage and safe behavior.
• Ensure compliance with installation policies and project tracking.
• Oversee 3rd party resources when needed.
• Direct and supervise apprentices and journeymen.
