Job summary

Dover Food Retail (DFR) is seeking a Refrigeration Construction Foreman to lead field operations on supermarket refrigeration installations for new stores and remodels. You will direct trades, interpret blueprints, manage schedules, and ensure quality and safety on site in Phoenix, AZ.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ relevant experience leading commercial refrigeration installations on jobsites.
• Experience conducting safety meetings and maintaining OSHA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field operations and provide direction to tradespeople.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, colleagues, and leadership.
• Develop and adjust work schedules to meet deadlines and weather delays.
• Provide project status updates to project managers and construction leadership.
• Ensure a safe, efficient work environment with strict quality standards.
• Interpret blueprints, perform material takeoffs, and procure supplies.
• Train and mentor junior team members across multiple trades.
