Job summary

TAG Refrigeration is seeking a Construction Foreman to lead commercial refrigeration and construction projects in and around the Atlanta, GA area. The Foreman will supervise field crews, coordinate daily activities, and ensure work is performed safely, on time, and to project specifications.

Candidates should have 3–5 years in a Foreman or lead role, 5–7 years in construction, and a strong ability to read plans. A high school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Understand project scope of work to plan, manage, and execute assigned construction activities.
• Lead and direct crews, equipment, and resources to complete work safely and efficiently.
• Plan work sequences to maximize efficiency while maintaining safety and quality standards.
• Monitor construction schedules to meet milestones and completion dates.
• Read and interpret project plans, specifications, and schedules.
• Promote and enforce the company’s safety program and foster a strong safety culture.
