Job summary

TAG Refrigeration in the Atlanta area is seeking a Refrigeration Construction Foreman to lead commercial refrigeration projects. You will supervise field crews, coordinate activities, and ensure work meets safety, schedule, and quality standards.

This hands-on role requires strong leadership, reading of drawings, and effective communication with project leadership. Preferred candidates have 5–7 years in construction and 3–5 years in lead roles, plus a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct field crews, equipment, and resources to complete work safely and efficiently.

• Read and interpret project plans, specifications, and schedules.
• Ensure company equipment is operated lawfully and maintained properly.
• Communicate progress, issues, and delays to project leadership.
