Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training sessions in virtual and classroom environments.
• Follow approved lesson plans and instructional guidelines; track attendance and completion.
• Provide expert guidance and respond to participant questions during sessions.
• Support change management and user adoption during CMP deployment activities.
