Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Training Facilitator to deliver instructor-led training for a Federal Government client implementing a new construction management system. The role includes virtual and in-person sessions across multiple locations, with a focus on ensuring users gain the knowledge to operate the system effectively.

You will facilitate training programs, respond to questions, track learning metrics, and collaborate with Training Managers and Program Managers. Heavy travel (100%) is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and 3 years of related experience.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Strong presentation, public speaking and communication skills.
• Experience delivering software and business process training.
• Proficiency with virtual training platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training sessions in virtual and classroom environments.
• Follow approved lesson plans, course materials and guidelines.
• Respond to participant questions and provide functional guidance.
• Maintain effective classroom management and student engagement.
• Coordinate with Training Managers and Program Managers on schedules.
• Track attendance and course completion metrics.
• Support collection of student feedback and training effectiveness measures.
• Provide recommendations for continuous improvement of training materials.
• Represent the training team professionally with Government personnel.
