Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Training Facilitator to deliver instructor-led training for a Federal Government client’s new construction management system. The role combines virtual and in-person sessions across multiple locations and audiences, including project managers, engineers, and external contractors.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree, 5+ years of relevant training experience, and strong facilitation, communication, and change-management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5 years of relevant experience.
• US citizenship is required.
• Willingness to travel up to 100% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training sessions in virtual and classroom environments.
• Follow approved lesson plans and instructional guidelines.
• Respond to participant questions and provide functional guidance.
• Maintain effective classroom management and student engagement.
• Participate in Train-the-Trainer activities and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Coordinate with Training Managers and Program Managers regarding course schedules and logistics.
• Track attendance and course completion metrics.
• Support collection of student feedback and training effectiveness measures.
• Provide recommendations for continuous improvement of training delivery methods and materials.
• Serve as a professional representative of the training team with Government personnel and external stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively with personnel at all organizational levels.
• Support change management and user adoption during CMP deployment.
