Job summary

CDM Smith seeks a Training Facilitator to deliver instructor-led training for a federal government client’s customized construction management system, in virtual and in-person settings.

You will train personnel, project managers, engineering staff, construction personnel, leadership, and external contractors, ensuring they gain the knowledge and skills to use the new platform and support organizational change. A Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5 years of relevant experience.
• US Citizenship required.
• Ability to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training sessions in virtual and classroom environments.
• Conduct training in accordance with lesson plans and instructional guidelines.
• Respond to participant questions and provide guidance during training.
• Maintain effective classroom management and student engagement.
• Participate in Train-the-Trainer activities and knowledge transfer.
• Coordinate with Training Managers on course schedules and logistics.
• Track attendance and course completion metrics.
• Support collection of student feedback and training effectiveness measures.
• Provide recommendations for continuous improvement of delivery methods.
• Serve as a professional representative of the training team with Government personnel.
