Turner Construction Company in Omaha seeks an experienced project management professional to support multiple projects from the field, coordinating Superintendent and Foreman assignments, and overseeing trade labor needs.

The role emphasizes strong communication, scheduling, QA/QC, and safety program leadership, with exposure to diverse market sectors. Travel approximately half the time is required, and initial assignments may be outside Nebraska as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus ten years' related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience.
• Proven written and verbal communications abilities.
• Proficiency with computer applications, including Microsoft Office suite, SAP, SharePoint, etc.
• Ability to travel 50%+ of the time.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Operations Manager for all assignment of Superintendent and Foreman positions.
• Assign and coordinate all trade field assignments with the needs of various projects.
• Support Superintendent throughout the duration of the job.
• Review project schedules with Superintendents/Foreman and ensure ROJ dates are provided to the PM team.
• Document project field issues that impact budget, quality or schedule and report to the PM team.
• Provide oversight for development and maintenance of a Resource Allocation Control System (RACS).
• Assist in implementing the Project QA/QC program.
• Identify projects with Self-Perform opportunities and assist in self-perform proposals.
• Manage Self-Perform performance.
• Work with BU Safety Director to implement the BU Safety Program.
