Job summary

Turner Construction Company in Des Moines is seeking a seasoned supervisor to support Superintendents and Foremen on multiple projects. You will oversee trade labor hiring, transfer, and layoff, and coordinate with project leadership to keep crews aligned with schedules.

Travel is required (50%+), and the role is based on-site in West Des Moines. The position emphasizes safety, QA/QC guidance, and development of self-perform opportunities, with direct reporting to the Deputy Operations Manager

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 10+ years of related experience or equivalent
• Proven written and verbal communications abilities
• Proficiency with computer applications including Microsoft Office, SAP and SharePoint

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Operations Manager for all assignment of Superintendent and Foreman positions.
• Assign and coordinate all trade field assignments with the needs of various projects.
• Support Superintendent throughout the duration of the job.
• Review project schedules with Superintendents/Foremen and ensure ROJ dates are provided.
