ManpowerGroup seeking a Field Service Engineer for a leading semiconductor wet processing equipment company in Meridian, Idaho. This field-based role requires up to 75% travel domestically and internationally to support customer sites and projects.

You will analyze complex system failures, interpret engineering drawings, and lead startup, commissioning, and qualification of automated wet bench systems. Strong problem-solving, customer focus, and clear documentation are essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor- or associate-level engineering or technical education with 5+ years field experience in semiconductor equipment.
• Experience troubleshooting semiconductor processing equipment and automated systems.
• Ability to read P&IDs, electrical schematics and engineering drawings.
• Hands-on wiring, soldering and plumbing for leak-tight connections.

• Travel up to 75% to support customers domestically and internationally.
• Analyze complex system failures using advanced diagnostic techniques and engineering principles to restore equipment performance.
• Interpret technical specifications, P&IDs and schematics to diagnose non-routine problems.
• Develop innovative solutions for equipment modifications and process improvements.
• Lead startup, commissioning and qualification of automated wet bench systems.
• Serve as a primary technical consultant to customers and document outcomes and changes.
