ManpowerGroup is seeking a Field Service Engineer for our client in Meridian, Idaho. The role focuses on field-based support, startup and commissioning of automated wet bench systems, and troubleshooting complex equipment at customer sites with travel up to 75%.

The ideal candidate has an engineering background (assoc degree or bachelor), experience with PLC controls, P&IDs, and electrical schematics, and a customer-centric approach to deliver reliable performance and continuous improvement.

Competenze

• Associate Science degree in Engineering, Technology, Electronics, Semiconductor Manufacturing, or related field; or Bachelor's in Engineering or related science; or equivalent combination with 5+ years field experience.
• Experience troubleshooting semiconductor processing equipment and automated systems, including PLC-based controls.
• Ability to read P&IDs, electrical schematics, and engineering drawings to diagnose issues.
• Hands-on wiring, soldering, and installing valves/plumbing for leak-tight connections.
• Knowledge of safe tool operation and field documentation practices, including time/material tracking.
