ManpowerGroup seeks a Field Service Engineer in Meridian, Idaho, to support customer sites and projects. The role emphasizes troubleshooting, inspection, and startup of sophisticated wet bench systems with frequent travel to domestic and international sites.

You will read schematics, work with PLCs, and apply engineering judgments to resolve non-routine issues, documenting changes and advising customers on improvements and upgrades.

Competenze

• Requires technical degree or equivalent with 5+ years in semiconductor equipment.
• Experience troubleshooting automated systems including PLCs.
• Ability to read P&IDs and electrical schematics.
• Hands-on wiring installation and leak-tight assemblies.
• Strong documentation and customer communication skills.

Mansioni

• Field-based role with 75% travel domestically and internationally.
• Analyze complex system failures using diagnostic techniques to restore equipment performance.
• Interpret technical specifications, P&IDs, electrical schematics to diagnose issues.
• Apply engineering knowledge to develop solutions for equipment modifications and process improvements.
• Lead startup, commissioning, and qualification of automated wet bench systems per SEMI standards.
• Serve as primary technical consultant to customers and document outcomes and engineering changes.
