ManpowerGroup is seeking a Field Service Engineer for a primarily field-based role in Meridian, Idaho. You will travel domestically and internationally to support customers, analyze complex failures, interpret schematics, and drive improvements on semiconductor wet bench systems.

You’ll lead startup, commissioning, and qualification while acting as a technical consultant to clients. The ideal candidate has an engineering or related degree (or equivalent with 5+ years in semiconductor equipment)

Competenze

• Associate degree or higher in engineering/tech or related field, or 5+ years in semiconductor equipment/automation.
• Experience troubleshooting semiconductor processing equipment and automated systems with PLCs.
• Ability to read P&IDs, electrical schematics, and engineering drawings.
• Hands-on wiring, soldering, and installation of plumbing components for leak-tight connections.

• 75% field-based role with domestic and international travel.
• Analyze complex system failures and restore equipment performance.

• Develop solutions for equipment modifications and process improvements.
