Job summary

Midwest Drywall Co Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead commercial framing and drywall projects, directing teams and coordinating with clients, GC's, and field staff. The role emphasizes safety, cost control, and effective communication across schedules and budgets.

The position requires travel between Denver and Steamboat Springs, CO, and a background in construction management. A valid driver’s license and bilingual English/Spanish are a plus. Competitive benefits and ESOP are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of construction project management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of light gauge framing and drywall.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall direction and leadership for an entire project along with the Project Superintendent.
• Build, collaborate, and maintain relationships with clients, general contractors, subcontractors, and field teams.
• Lead all aspects of the company’s safety culture and mentor others.
• Supports preconstruction tasks including quantity takeoff, trade coordination and scope development, bid packages, schedules.
• Identify and evaluate potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Regularly review costs relative to the budget and report discrepancies.
