Job summary

Midwest Drywall Co Inc in Nashville seeks a Drywall & Metal Framing Project Manager to lead commercial framing and drywall on major projects. You will coordinate with superintendents, clients, and subcontractors to ensure timely, safe, and cost-effective execution.

The role requires strong communication, 5+ years of PM experience, and ability to travel between jobsites. The company offers ESOP, competitive pay based on experience, and a suite of benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction project management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of light gauge framing and drywall.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall direction and leadership for an entire project along with the Project Superintendent
• Build, collaborate, and maintain lasting relationships with clients, general contractors, subcontractors, and field teams
• Lead all aspects of the company’s safety culture and mentor others
• Supports the preconstruction team including quantity takeoff, trade coordination and scope of work development, bid package development, schedule development, bid list creation and bid advertisement
• Identify and evaluate potential risks and uncertainties and develop mitigation strategies
• Regularly reviews costs relative to the budget and highlights discrepancies to improve financial performance
