PRN Physical Therapy is seeking a Patient Services Representative to deliver exceptional front-desk and clerical support across our Las Vegas clinics. You will greet patients, schedule visits, collect insurance details, and ensure a smooth patient experience from arrival to discharge.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with scheduling software. Travel to multiple PT clinics in the Vegas area is required to cover onboarding and PTO needs.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; healthcare admin education is a plus.
• Experience in customer service; healthcare setting preferred.
• Proficiency with office software and scheduling systems.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and welcome patients professionally and warmly.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient inquiries.
• Collect and verify patient information and insurance details.
• Maintain records and coordinate with clinical staff for a seamless patient experience.
• Assist front office tasks during downtime including answering phones, scanning documents, and payments.
