PRN Physical Therapy in Fullerton, CA is seeking a Patient Services Representative to deliver exceptional front-desk and administrative support for patients across multiple clinics. You’ll greet patients, schedule appointments, collect insurance information, verify details, and help maintain a welcoming clinic environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients with professionalism and warmth.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient inquiries in person and by phone.
• Collect and verify patient information, insurance details, and documentation.
• Maintain a positive clinic environment and ensure patient needs are addressed during transitions of therapy.
• Assist front office with tasks such as answering phones, scanning documents, scheduling, and payments.
