Tradesmen International is seeking an Onsite Coordinator to represent the company at client worksites in Boise. You will be the primary contact for client personnel and our dispatched craftworkers, ensuring the workforce meets site needs and assisting with redeployment as projects wind down.

The role requires frequent nationwide travel, independent work, and a strong focus on safety and policy compliance. Excellent communication with clients and workers is essential to success.

Qualifications

• Must have construction industry experience.
• Willing to travel nationwide.
• Able to work independently and be self-motivated.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to maintain relationships with personnel.
• Basic computer skills, comfortable with Excel.
• Regular and predictable attendance is required.

Responsabilités

• Develop relationships with client personnel including project management, safety, payroll, HR, etc.
• Develop relationships with craftworkers onsite to ensure high retention.
• Ensure compliance with client and Tradesmen hiring policies and maintain required records.
• Coordinate skill assessments, drug testing, site and safety orientation.
• Provide training on time keeping systems and processes for weekly time adjustments.
• Resolve employee issues (production, attendance, payroll, safety).
• Ensure safety policies are followed by all Tradesmen onsite.
• Handle accidents and proper reporting.
