Job summary

Tradesmen International seeks an Onsite Coordinator to represent the company at client worksites and serve as the primary contact for client personnel and dispatched craftworkers. The role supports redeployment of craftworkers as sites wind down and ensures staffing aligns with client needs, often at sites with 30+ Tradesmen workers including travelers.

Ideal candidates will travel frequently nationwide, be bilingual in Spanish, and excel at coordinating safety, training, timekeeping, and issue

Qualifications

• Duties require travel to client sites nationwide.
• Bilingual Spanish speakers are required.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with client personnel (project management, safety, payroll, HR).
• Build relationships with onsite craftworkers to ensure retention.
• Ensure compliance with client and Tradesmen policies and maintain records.
