Job summary

Tradesmen International is seeking an Onsite Coordinator to represent us at client worksites and serve as the primary point of contact for client personnel and dispatched craftworkers. The role ensures workforce needs are met and supports redeployment as sites wind down.

You will build relationships with project teams, safety, payroll, HR and craftworkers, coordinate safety orientation and timekeeping, and ensure compliance with policies while maintaining records.

Qualifications

• Experience in the construction industry required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel nationwide.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and basic IT skills.
• Regular and predictable attendance is essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with client personnel including project management, safety, payroll, HR, etc.
• Develop relationships with onsite craftworkers to ensure high retention.
• Ensure compliance with client and Tradesmen hiring policies and maintain records that may be requested by the client.
• Coordinate skill assessments, drug testing, site and safety orientation.
• Provide training on timekeeping systems and address weekly time discrepancies.
• Resolve employee issues (production, attendance, payroll, safety).
• Ensure safety policies are followed by all Tradesmen staff on site.
• Handle accidents and proper reporting.
