Job summary

Dematic is seeking a Mechanical Supervisor to lead on-site installation quality across multiple customer projects and locations. The role requires willingness to travel 100% to project sites and coordinate with project managers to uphold Dematic standards.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in troubleshooting electromechanical equipment, with AGVS/AS/RS or conveyors experience, OSHA 10, and a readiness for weekend/holiday shifts. Base pay ranges at $88,000–$95,000 annually.

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years' experience troubleshooting electromechanical equipment.
Experience with AGVS, AS/RS, or conveyors is helpful.
OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 preferred.
Willingness to travel up to 100% and be on call.

Responsibilities

Ensure installation quality on project sites, including QA with manufacturers and subcontractors.
Maintain quality checklists and submit Corrective Actions when discrepancies arise.
Oversee on-site safety, including safety audits.
Support routine equipment trials to meet specs and Dematic standards.
Provide on-site scheduling and resource reporting to project manager or customer.
Assist training of contract labor and subcontractors on Dematic equipment installation.
Write concise trip reports within required timelines.
Travel on short notice and up to 100% of the time; be on call.
